Throughout his career, Matt has worked on behalf of a wide range of companies—from high-growth firms to established financial, creative, and professional services organizations—guiding them through relocations, expansions, renewals, and complex lease restructurings. His deep understanding of market dynamics, landlord motivations, and deal economics allows him to negotiate aggressively while maintaining efficient deal execution.
